Human resources required
We are seeking software engineers to join our dynamic team. As a package system development company, we’re looking for engineers who can be involved in the entire development lifecycle — from initial planning through implementation, including package system planning.
Main duties
- Web system requirements definition, design, development, and testing
- Research and prototyping of new technologies (generative AI, system integration, security)
- Development using Microsoft Power Platform
- Project management
- Support for package systems and our own SaaS
Languages
- Java, JavaScript, PHP, Python, M, etc.
Requirements
- Experience in designing and developing web systems
- Ability to perform business tasks in English (conversation, reading, and document creation)
- Willingness to learn Japanese
- Understanding and practical skills in basic business conduct (reporting, communication, and consultation)
Preferred Experience/Skills
- Experience in developing system integration including REST API
- Experience in utilizing generative AI (including understanding of LLM)
- Experience in managing and designing networks and security
- Experience in system planning and design
Recruiting foreign staff!
Currently, we have staff from overseas, including Vietnam, Nepal, and Rwanda, working at our Osaka head office. We also operate an R&D center in Vietnam, and we actively welcome applicants from Vietnam as well.
Japanese language ability is not a requirement. We welcome candidates who have a genuine interest in learning the Japanese language. To support this, we are currently developing a comprehensive e-learning system for Japanese language acquisition.
