Công ty này, mọi người rất là tốt và luôn luôn có thể hướng dẫn mọi người tất cả vấn đề trong công việc cũng như vấn đề trong cuộc sống hang ngày. Về công việc, mọi người đều vui vẻ hòa đồng, khi có khó khan thì mọi người có thể giúp đỡ lẫn nhau để hoàn thành công việc tốt hơn.

Trong cuộc sống hằng ngày, nếu có bất kể khó khăn trong cuộc sống hằng ngày hoặc vấn đề về thủ tục thì có thể hỏi mọi người và mọi người sẵn sàng giúp đỡ.

Hiện tại công ty này đang bố trí theo phong cách quán bar (café) nên trong người có khó chịu hay có stress gì thì có thể nhìn ra ngoài công viên hoặc xuống dưới công viên đi dạo thì chúng ta có thể lấy lại tinh thần và tiếp tục làm việc.

Trong thời gian tới đây, công ty có mở 1 văn phòng ở Việt Nam nên mọi người có thể tự mình lựa chọn. Nếu muốn sang nhật và làm việc tại nhật thì có thể là sang văn phòng ở Osaka và làm việc ở đây cùng mọi người.

Nếu có lý do cá nhân , muốn làm việc ở Việt Nam thì mọi người có thể ở Việt Nam và dung VPN để kết nối và làm việc như đang ở Osaka. Không có vấn đền gì.

Everyone at this company is very kind and always willing to guide and support others—both with work-related matters and everyday life.
When it comes to work, the atmosphere is cheerful and friendly. When challenges arise, people help each other to get the job done more effectively.
In daily life, if I face any difficulties or need help with any kind of procedures, I can ask to anyone and they’re always ready to assist.
The office is designed in the style of a café, so when feeling tired or stressed, I can look out at the nearby park or take a walk to refresh myself and regain energy to continue working.
In the near future, the company plans to open an office in Vietnam, which means employees will have the flexibility to choose where they want to work.
If someone wants to work in Japan, they can join the team at our Osaka office.
If someone prefers to stay in Vietnam due to personal reasons, they can work from Vietnam office using a VPN to connect and work as if they were in Osaka. There are no issues with that setup.
Everyone here is friendly and willing to explain anything. Whenever I have questions, even during work, they respond immediately. It’s a very supportive environment.
The company also offers Japanese language classes for foreigners. So even if your Japanese proficiency is still low, you can join the classes and work towards achieving the JLPT(Japanese Language Proficiency Test) N2 level.
Once again, the new office has a café-inspired design. So even if you’re stressed or tired, being surrounded by greenery and a relaxed atmosphere helps you recover quickly and stay productive.
